Red and black
Milan was founded in Milan in December 1899, with the Englishman Herbert Kilpin as founder and captain. He chose the colours himself: red for the fire, black for the fear opponents would feel. That is why the team are called the Rossoneri, «the red and blacks», and why they are also known as Il Diavolo, the Devil.
Those who support the team are called milanisti. That is the name this site is built around.
